Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house staff across all three restaurants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the quality of service and product.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage management.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
