Are you an Engineering Graduate who is proficient in AutoCAD / Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor, looking to kickstart your career in a varied role offering full training within a well-established company who provide a platform for ongoing progression?

This company manufacture polytunnels for a broad network of clients ranging from individual users to large scale industrial and commercial projects. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1969 to the point they have 36 employees and are now looking to add a Design Engineer to their friendly, tight-knit team.

In this varied role you will be mainly office based, as you initially receive full training as you work in team of 2 other design engineers. You will work from manufacturing drawings of polytunnels to create designs on both 2D and 3D systems from concept to competition, as well as creating data sheets and instructions.

The role would suit an aspiring Design Engineer who has recently graduated and is proficient in using AutoCAD and Solidworks or Inventor, looking for a varied role working on diverse projects ranging from small personal use tunnels to large industrial structures.

The Role:

• Full training provided
• Create designs using Autodesk Inventor (Training can be provided)
• Working from manufacturing drawings
• Using datasheets and instructions
• Working on projects ranging from individual users to large scale industrial projects
• Office based
• Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

The Person:

• Engineering Graduate or similar
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Solidworks / Autodesk Inventor
• Commutable to Colne
