Management Accountant | 12 months FTC | Band 5/6 | Northwest

Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Northwest based NHS Organisation in order to appoint a Management Accountant for 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave in the team. The role would support them throughout the planning and year end period and offers hybrid working 

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with monthly management accounts and reports
  • Responsible for producing accruals and prepayments 
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls are in place and risk is understood
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Assisting the Head of Management Accountants with ad-hoc reporting

The successful candidate:

  • Experience working within an NHS organisation is essential
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills and able to relay information to senior stakeholders
