Position: Sales Manager

Location: Northern Ireland

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 25% commission on achieving a target of £2.7 million

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow accounts within the North East territory.
  • Achieve a sales target of £2.7 million, with a 25% commission structure.
  • Leverage an existing order book valued at £4 million.
  • Drive sales of orders ranging from £100,000 to £1 million.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage a sales process that can take up to 6 months on average, with larger systems integration taking longer.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management skills with a track record of developing new business.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience in selling machinery or large systems integration solutions is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
