Position: Sales Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 25% commission on achieving a target of £2.7 million

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts within the North East territory.
- Achieve a sales target of £2.7 million, with a 25% commission structure.
- Leverage an existing order book valued at £4 million.
- Drive sales of orders ranging from £100,000 to £1 million.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage a sales process that can take up to 6 months on average, with larger systems integration taking longer.
Requirements:
- Proven account management skills with a track record of developing new business.
- A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience in selling machinery or large systems integration solutions is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
