- Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
- Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
- Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
- Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
- Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
- Willingness to learn and further develop.
- Computer literacy skills with a minimum type of speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
