  • We are seeking a HR Manager for the EMEA region to enhance our HR operations and align them closely with our business objectives, this role is based in Corby. It will be ideal for someone with a strong background in HR management within fast-paced regional environments, preferably in the manufacturing and R&D sectors. The successful candidate will lead our annual HR cycle, develop corporate initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations across European offices.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Talent Management Partnership: Collaborate with local management to optimise the talent cycle experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Operations Support: Provide advice on HR operations, people management, and performance strategies. Facilitate accurate and timely employee data for payroll processing.
  • HR Cycle Leadership: Oversee the annual HR processes including performance management, merit reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Develop and implement training programs, employee engagement surveys, and regional events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Proactive Issue Identification: Identify and address potential people issues by collaborating with stakeholders to devise effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis for Retention: Analyse workforce trends and metrics to develop programs that improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain compliance with local regulations across European offices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Manager or Business Partner roles within a dynamic, regional environment. Experience in manufacturing and R&D sectors is preferred.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment and labor laws across the UK and EU.
  • HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines including talent development, HR planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Analytical Skills: Goal-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and adept at multitasking.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Proven ability to address challenges and support business initiatives with innovative solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS and digital processes to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying HR concepts.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with HR representatives across European offices.
