HR Advisor Corby (Site Based)- £35,000 - £40,000 Food Manufacturing

The Role:

This isnt a back-office job. Its about getting stuck in, providing real support to the managers and employees, and ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly churned batch of their finest chilled goods.


Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro think disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management.

Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR.


What you need to offer:

Solid experience as an HR Advisor/Officer in manufacturing.

A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.

Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.

CIPD qualification (Level 5) a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
