Warehouse Supervisor

up to £37k per annum
My client is a growing company based in Corby who are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the sites warehouse production and logistics. This role is a new recruit in to their team and they really need somebody who has strong leadership abilities and has worked within a warehousing or production facility.
What will I be doing? Well, some of what you will be doing includes:
- Supervising the teams in loading, packing and logistics
- Liaising with production, engineering, quality and planning departments to ensure consistency and smooth execution
- Stock take and stock control
- Supervising the loading and unloading of lorries
- Checking the loading documents as produced by the Logistics Administrator
- Final Lorry checks
- Team leadership of around 20 employees
Experience required:
- Previous leadership experience within a logistics, production or manufacturing site
- Confident using MS office and ERP systems
