Our client is urgently seeking an individual with the experience of working previously as a PA and Senior Administration. Current open position for a Personal Assistant in the Rail industry. Interested in candidates that have excellent planning, attention to detail and administration skills.

Essential skills needed:

Highly organised and excellent communicator

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent planning management and administration skills

Computer literate

Attention to detail

Administration and data base management experience

Relevant event management training

Experience within finance (Desirable)

The role:

This role will be responsible for the provision of professional administration services to the Head of Digitalisation and Innovation, and the Strategic Programmes Manager, within the UKI Rail Infrastructure Strategy and Business Development management team.
