Position: Administrator / Customer Service / Coordinator / Compliance Officer
Salary: £12.20 - £15.32 p/h job dependant
Contract: Temporary - Can range from 1 month to 10 month contracts - job dependant
When: March / April / May 2024 (job dependant)
Location: CV1 - Client offers hybrid & fully remote – job dependant
Working Shifts: 8:00-16:00/8:30-16:30/9:00-17:00 flexi – 35 h/p/w
SEASONAL TEMPORAY ASSIGNMENTS IN COVENTRY
Our client is a prestigious UK awarding body. Our client regularly recruit for temporary Administrative and Customer Service staff on a seasonal basis.
Our client have many different job roles available throughout the year, so Reed would be happy to hear from you if you have either of the following skills and experience:
- Customer Coordination – Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders via telephone and email to ensure certain tasks are completed
- Customer Service – Experience of managing customer enquiries whether that be via telephone or face to face, and via email is essential
- Project Coordination - Experience and knowledge of the stages of a project, chasing stakeholders, ensuring tasks are completed to tight deadlines. Excel and Word skills are highly advantageous
- Creative Documenting – Experience of MS Word, templates, proof reading, creatively forming important documents is highly advantageous
- Data Administration – Experience of Managing, analysing, reporting on large data on Excel (Intermediate + skills is highly advantageous)
- Administration – Experience of Excel (Basic skills), downloading reports, tracking tasks, organising online files (share-drive), coordinating shared inbox is highly advantageous
- Compliance Officers – Experience with dealing with malpractice cases. Accuracy is vital in this role
