Customer Service£23,000 Office based Coventry Our clientA vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.Working in their busy customer service team you will act the first point of contact for existing customer needs.The role

  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Managing multiple inboxes ensuring emails are picked up in a timely manner
  • Processing orders
  • Overseeing logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods 
  • Investigating damaged product claims ensuring photos and details of claim have been captured correctly
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure order is accurate and built to spec 
  • Providing goods in team with updates when to expect deliveries 
  • Ensuring CRM system up to date with customers notes
  • Update pricing matrix 

The candidate

  • Passionate about customer service 
  • The ability to understand a technical product 
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential 
  • Ability to liase with multiple departments 
  • Confident
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to multi-task
