Our specialist secondary school in Coventry is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our incredible students.The Role: In this position, you will work closely with students who require additional care and guidance, particularly those with severe complex needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll be integral in helping create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels supported to achieve their best.What You'll Do:
- Assist students during lessons, activities, and therapies, tailoring your support to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to develop and implement learning and care plans.
- Provide consistent and compassionate support to foster students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Contribute to creating an engaging and safe classroom atmosphere.
