Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or control tower roles.
- Understanding of supply chain processes.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Administrator, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints within SLA
- Process customer orders, resolve queries, and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure accuracy in order confirmations and assist with Waste Transfer documentation.
