Job Title: Executive Assistant

My client dynamic and fast paced organisation dedicated to excellence in their industry.

Due to continued growth they are are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, highly organised, and capable of managing a diverse range of administrative tasks with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in event planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
