Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or Above)
Location: Coventry, CV3
Contract Type: Part-Time (27 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Coventry (CV3). This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0–5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality childcare in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Observe, monitor, and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children in your care

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working within an early years setting
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to working with children and families
