We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational analysis and implementing cost-saving efficiency's across our organisation. The successful candidate will provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive operational analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for efficiency initiatives.
- Evaluate business operations, processes, and costs, offering recommendations to optimise resource allocation and profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular updates on financial performance to leadership.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, highlighting performance trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement cost-control measures and track their effectiveness over time.
- Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA
- Pro active not reactive
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), operational analysis, or a related finance role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and accuracy.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and executing cost-saving initiatives.
