We are a well-established services business based in Coventry, seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations. This is a key role within the company, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll, and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to provide valuable insights that drive business performance.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, where you will have full responsibility for the P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial controls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. We welcome applications from qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or those who are qualified by experience (QBE).
What is required:- Financial Management & Reporting - Full ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet, weekly/monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
- Cash Flow & Compliance - Forecasting, VAT returns, CIS submissions, PAYE submissions, and bank reconciliations.
- Sales & Cost Analysis - Sales and margin analysis, expenditure review, and invoice auditing against contracts.
- Operational Finance - Payroll processing, debtor management, and expense control.
