- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a non-profit or public sector environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience in grant reporting, donor management, or charity finance is desirable.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and financial systems.
