Job Description:

We are pursuing an accomplished Digital Product Specialist, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Payroll & Procure to Pay realm. You will be responsible for all the technology elements required to fulfil key business capabilities in Finance with our client. You will overlook the operations systems, change management, support and managing risks of your product area.

You will lead the delivery of change via efficient deployment of technology and work in partnership with the business stakeholders to create a robust technology roadmap and strategy. You will be delivering value propositions vital to the success of the business, aligned with the best digital standards and by policies adopted by our client's Digital IT.Skills Required:

  • Digital Strategy and Delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Product Management Experience.

Experience Required:

  • Experience of delivering Digital initiatives.
  • Strong Knowledge of Product Management Frameworks.
  • Ability to frame and structure business problems and match with the appropriate digital solutions.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen.
  • Experience of Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Experience Preferred:Essential:

  • Strong understanding of Payroll and Procure to pay processes and knowledge of ResourceLink is an advantage.
  • An individual with the ability to prioritise their workload.
  • A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
