Full-time, ongoing temporary position based in Coventry, offering up to £12.36/hour depending on experience.

Based near Coventry, the successful applicant will work as part of the Customer Service Team to provide an outstanding service to the company’s customer base.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing inbound queries via phone, email and online messenger, ensuring all queries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing advice and guidance to customers, ensuring complete satisfaction with queries related to purchases, products or issues
- Acting as an ambassador to the brand by advising on products and purchases and providing an exceptional service
Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a sales or customer-service role, ideally within a call centre environment.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to remain calm under pressure, and have outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; ensuring all customers feel listened to. Applicants must also be prepared to work occasional weekends.
Due to the location of the role, it is advised that applicants are able to drive.
