The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the payroll function is efficient and compliant with all statutory and legal requirements.  The European Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:• Processing payroll for multiple countries within Europe including the UK.• Liaising with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.• Ensuring accuracy of payroll data and records.• Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation.• Calculating and preparing payroll documents.• Analysing payroll trends and identifying potential issues.• Preparing reports and answering queries.• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.  Technical Skills Required:• Proven experience in a similar role.• Knowledge of UK and European payroll legislation.• CIPP qualified or part qualified• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.• High attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.• Flexible and adaptable approach.• Previous experience of dealing with multi-country payrolls is desirable.  If you are interested in this European Payroll Specialist opportunity and feel you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
