Based in Coventry, this role is perfect for an experienced Payroll Assistant who is keen on working in a reputable company. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of Payroll responsibilities including completing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring the accuracy of deductions, handling Payroll enquiries, contributing to the monthly financial reporting process and assisting in end-of-year accounts preparation. What you will need:

  • Experience with Payroll responsibilities, particularly advantageous if you are familiar completing end to end payroll.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support management of external stakeholder relationships and effective collaboration within the team to produce high-quality and outstanding results.
  • Be self-organised with the ability to work autonomously and complete processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Experience using Excel, as well as both SAGE 50 and SAGE Payroll.
