Payroll AssociateCoventry£47,000 p/a  JGA are delighted to be working with a successful business looking to add a Payroll Associate to its team.  Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that all European and UK monthly payroll deadlines are met
  • Support the Payroll Services Manager
  • Build relationships with outsourced UK & European payroll providers
  • Assist with the recording and processing of all taxable benefits
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy across all processes
  • Constantly maintaining electronic/paper payroll files
  • Assist with Auto-enrolment pension processes
  • Assist the Payroll Services Manager with any administrative duties and ad hoc projects
  • Assist with general payroll accounting and reporting
  • Act as a cover during colleagues’ absences
  • Support the Payroll Services manager in ensuring a robust process for starters and leavers
  • Keep up to date with Payroll legislation as appropriate
Skills & experience required:
  • Excellent UK payroll knowledge
  • CIPP qualified or part qualified
  • Experience of international payroll (one other country) and vendor management
  • Delivering great client service whilst managing a large/high-volume and complex payroll operation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookups)
  • Benefits administration skills
