Payroll Duties: Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Prepare and distribute pay slips and payroll reports. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits. Assist with year-end payroll processing, including tax forms and reporting. Ensure timely payment of salaries and compliance with statutory obligations. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in [relevant software/tools, e.g., payroll systems, spreadsheets. This role is based 5 days in the office
