- Deliver accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines.
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll services, meeting Service Level Agreements and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to promote continuous improvement and liaise with site teams on Time and Attendance systems.
- Manage payroll-related tasks, including inputting variable data, administering pension and stock plans, and handling year-end processes like P60’s.
- Produce financial reports for Finance teams, maintained employee self-service accounts, and offered guidance on tax-related queries.
- Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 in a sole role.
- Full end to end processing essential.
- Strong Excel and payroll systems knowledge.
- Great communicator and be happy to take on ad hoc tasks.
