Senior Engineer

Unite People are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Engineer on behalf of a national civil engineering contractor, with an extensive pipeline of works in theMidlandsregion.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will have previous experience and be competent in the following:

• Site set up and setting out.
• As-built surveys.
• QA.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the end client on design issues, corrections and to carry out inspections.
• Reporting to project manager.
• Directly managing and directing engineering teams.
• Raising design queries.
• Road, 278, drainage, RC structures, heavy civilsand highways projects.

Requirements:

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a site engineering role within the civil engineering sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reviewing drawings.
• CSCS Card.
