Our client, a long-established and respected name in refrigerated distribution, is looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to support their growing day shift operation based in Craigavon. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-drop deliveries of temperature-sensitive goods across the region
- Work closely with the loading team to ensure goods are safely loaded and secured
- Verify delivery loads match customer orders before departure
- Provide a high standard of customer service during each drop, handling paperwork and queries professionally
- Drive in line with UK road laws, tachograph regulations, and working time rules
- Conduct and record daily vehicle checks to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Follow company procedures for reporting accidents or incidents
What We're Looking For:
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
- Up-to-date CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- Experience in multi-drop work and understanding of load security procedures
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Physically able to assist with checks and loading support when required
- High attention to detail with delivery documentation and route planning
