Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Head of Sales, working for a client based in Cramlington. Working for a high-quality manufacturer, joining their Sales Division as a Head of Sales within their ever-expanding and experienced team.

Head of Sales Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts where you will be involved in devising targeted strategies for each.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing ongoing activity to drive through pipeline opportunities and new business wins for your clients.
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships, developing new and organic business.

This is a full-time office-based position working 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. Salary is £30-£40K depending on experience.
