We’re recruiting a Management Accountant for a PE-backed, high-growth manufacturing business in Crawley. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial best practice, covering everything from bookkeeping and payroll to producing management accounts and cash flow forecasts. Salary up to £55,000 plus hybrid woking.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering significant opportunities to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bank, accounts receivable/payable, procurement, and payroll
- Produce management accounts with commentary and balance sheet reviews
- Support grant reporting, year-end audits, and tax compliance
- Create and maintain 5-year forecast models and optimise working capital
- Ensure robust financial controls and efficient processes are in place
- Deputise for the Financial Controller as needed
Requirements:
- Part or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business
- Hands-on, autonomous, and adaptable
