- Handle billing enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing exceptional customer support at every touchpoint.
- Daily processing of sales invoices and ensuring timely, accurate preparation.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and assist in managing petty cash and expenses.
- Utilise Excel to run and maintain key financial spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Manage phone calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact for the Accounts department.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales/purchase ledger/bank reconciliations support role is essential.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Confident in handling billing enquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Proficient in Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- Competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 DOE.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- 28 days holiday + birthday & bank holidays.
