Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a growing organisation in the Crawley area in the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to provide essential support to their overseas sales teams and the UK-based Operations team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring high levels of organisational efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:- Resolve queries from colleagues and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance when processing invoices.
- Document timesheets and expenses.
- Raise sales invoices to clients.
- Interact with managers and directors to carry out their ad-hoc requests.
- Deliver high levels of customer service to clients and contractors.
- Maintain in-house database systems and enter data into Sage accounts.
- Maintain team spreadsheets and draft/format relevant documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - basic to intermediary level).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
