Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a growing organisation in the Crawley area in the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to provide essential support to their overseas sales teams and the UK-based Operations team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring high levels of organisational efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Resolve queries from colleagues and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance when processing invoices.
  • Document timesheets and expenses.
  • Raise sales invoices to clients.
  • Interact with managers and directors to carry out their ad-hoc requests.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to clients and contractors.
  • Maintain in-house database systems and enter data into Sage accounts.
  • Maintain team spreadsheets and draft/format relevant documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
