The Role:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established and reputable dealership group near Crawley, is on the lookout for a Commercial Sales Executive to join their thriving team.

As a Commercial Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing the commercial vehicle customer base, building strong business relationships, and driving sales performance. You’ll be working with a variety of customers, from general consumers, businesses, fleet operators, and leasing companies to provide tailored vehicle solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Present and demonstrate commercial vehicles effectively to potential customers

Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure deals that benefit both the client and the business

Work closely with internal departments, including finance and service, to ensure smooth transactions

Provide excellent aftersales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or a strong background in motor trade sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

The Package:

Basic Salary: £16,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £60,000!

Hours: Monday to Friday Hours, with an alternative Saturday morning rota (8:30am to 1:00pm)

Other: Company vehicle provided, great earning potential and be part of a successful business.
