Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and ensuring their concerns are handled effectively.
  • Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and create a safe, supportive living environment.
  • Proactively communicate with residents to ensure smooth access arrangements and build strong relationships.
  • Manage the Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Represent the company at client and resident meetings, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
  • Act as an escalation point for complaints and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Keep project records updated in the on-site database.
  • Arrange and lead resident consultation sessions to provide updates and gather feedback.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or a similar customer-facing role within social housing, construction, or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of planned maintenance projects for internal and external works.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and concerns professionally.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to ensuring a positive resident experience.
