Customer Service Administrator Temp - Immediate Start
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 10.30AM – 6.30PM
Occasional Weekend work once trained, one Saturday a month with a day off in the week
Pay £11.70 per hour

Our key client based in Crawley are seeking a temporary Customer Services Administrator this is a possible temp - perm role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently schedule patient appointments from incoming referrals.
• Speak to customers on the phone regarding their bookings.
• Upload documents onto the system
• Handle referral letters through phone, post, or email with effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Accurately document appointment information on IT systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR
Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service and telephone skills.
• Administration skills
• Proficiency in IT
• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
