LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a well established organisation in Crawley to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

As the Finance Business Partner you will work alongside business areas, supporting and advising on their strategic and operational decision making. You will perform complex financial analysis, including trend analysis and financial modelling whilst also reporting on KPI's to drive cost reductions across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Budget, quarterly and midyear forecasts and other financial information. Advice on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs, and opportunities.
  • Provide financial governance and management of change initiatives. Provide budget assistance to multiple projects or large programs; assess circumstances and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Develop financial controls and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
  • Forecast accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, budget projections, and expense projections to ensure that business needs are met.
  • Develop and implement process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other organisations

Key skills / experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within FP&A / finance business partnering
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non finance Stakeholders
  • Excellent Excel / analysis skills

This exciting opportunity is paying up to £62k plus bonus and good pension and the company also offer hybrid working.
