Our client, a leading global brand in the air charter industry, is seeking an experienced Passenger Bid Manager to join their dynamic Passenger team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the growth and success of a renowned organisation, working on a hybrid basis from their Gatwick, UK location.

Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end bid process for the Passenger teams, ensuring strategic and high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Government & Humanitarian and Oil & Gas divisions, to deliver compelling bids.
  • Gather and negotiate airline information, preparing all documentation required for final bid submission.
  • Write, manage, and present bids to meet exacting customer requirements and strict deadlines.
  • Provide expert guidance on passenger commercial terms and conditions, as well as bid processes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all submissions.
  • Travel and out-of-hours work may occasionally be required.
Key Criteria for Success

Our client is looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience managing Passenger and Government bids/proposals, with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong bid writing skills and experience responding to formal tender exercises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to work at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Line management experience.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • Mathematics and English to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Professional qualifications such as APMP or a Project Management certification.
  • A relevant degree qualification (desired).
  • Knowledge of current affairs and opportunities for Passenger business (desired).
