Recruitment Administrator

We here at Driver Hire Gatwick are looking at expanding and we need a recruitment resourcer/Admin to join our team to help provide vital support to the consultants.

Recruitment experience is not essential for us, however finding the right individual is and the characteristics we look for is you need to be hard working, driven, fun and willing to take on responsibility.

Pride in your work is also essential!

JOB DETAILS

  • Placing detailed and eye catching adverts throughout the day
  • Calling applicants and booking interviews
  • Following and leading our recruitment process
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding candidates which will include referencing and data entry on an internal system
  • Providing a constant base of candidates
  • Sending promotional material to current staff and ex employees
  • Process Payroll
  • Social Media Updates and behind the scenes director of our day to day lives!
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
  • Based in Crawley, West Sussex
