Lloyd Recruitment Service are pleased to be working with a growing business on the outskirts of Crawley in search of a HR Manager to join their team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our HR operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business objectives, managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with EU / local labour laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a growing business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5 and above is preferred but not essential
