At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an experienced HR Manager who would like to work in a school for a full-time position at a fantastic school in Horsham.

About the role:

As the HR Manager at this school, you’ll be working Monday-Friday as a part of a great administrative team that works together to ensure the smooth running of the school. You will be:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record data

  • Managing a small HR Team and working alongside the Office and Business Manager.

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Following HR best practice.

  • To be responsible for managing Human Resources.

The ideal applicant will have:
  • Experience working in an HR position in a school

  • A real passion for working within an educational environment

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role

  • Management of the following areas: financial planning, budgets and budget setting, financial reporting, procurement and fixed assets, change projects, HR

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
