I am currently representing an engineering company in Crawley who are seeking an experienced administrator to support a busy and fast-paced production department.

Responsibilities: 

  • Logistics Duties:

    • Creating delivery notes for domestic shipments and organising couriers.
    • Checking, packing, and documenting equipment for shipment.
    • Handling import/export documentation and organising couriers.
    • Maintaining records for HMRC compliance.
    • Managing stock of packing materials.
    • Organising Carnets for trade shows and demonstrations.
  • Customer Support & General Administration:

    • Responding to phone and email enquiries.
    • Keeping customers informed on delivery schedules.
    • Raising purchase orders and generating repair quotations.
    • Managing sales orders on JIRA and maintaining the production calendar.
    • Minuting weekly meetings and updating stock software.
