Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Hourly Pay: 拢11.71 - 拢12.81 per hour

First Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our reputable client in their search for a Bookings Administrator on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience within the healthcare sector, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Booking Administrator Duties:

路 Act as the first point of contact for all patient enquiries face to face and on the phone

路 Responsible for scheduling outpatient appointments, alongside any and all associate appointments according to clinical urgency

路 Ensure that the vetting process is followed in-line with departmental policies, for all new referrals

路 Liaising with patients professionally and within the accurate timeframes

路 Ensure each patient is treated as an individual, making sure any individual needs and requirements are met

路 Liaise with medical, allied health professionals and medical staff as required

路 Responded to patient queries and concerns within a timely manner, escalating to team leaders and/or line managers as appropriate

路 Responded to correspondence within the correct time frame

路 Have a clear and up to date knowledge of the rules and protocols of the service to ensure full and effective utilisation of clinical capacity

Bookings Administrator Requirements and Education:

路 Excellent communication skills

路 Good IT Skills

路 Good organisational skills

路 Flexible approach

路 Previous healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential

路 Previous experience working within customer service is advantageous but not essential
