SEN Teaching Assistants
We are seeking experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team at our specialist school for pupils aged 2-11 with severe learning difficulties and complex medical and care needs.

Essential Requirements
- At least 3 months experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Experience of supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Patience, understanding, and a positive approach to supporting students with complex needs

Desirable Backgrounds
- Medical or healthcare background
- Experience working with children with complex medical and care needs
