Salary: £25k-£26k + bonus (OTE = £30k-£33k)Location: CreweHours: Mon-Fri (9am-5:30pm) + every other Saturday (10am-4pm) (time back in Lieu or additional holidays granted for Saturdays worked)

The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant:* Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries* Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings* Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds.* Manage stock of properties* Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price adjustments or other concessions to help properties sell* Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis, and deliver timely, accurate and high quality customer service.* Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities* Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services* Assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives.* Some valuation opportunities might be available on a limited basis for qualified candidates.* Be an excellent ambassador for the company, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews

The Key Requirements of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant:* Property Sales - 1 year (preferred)* Full UK driving license (essential)* Excellent sales ability * Confident and self-motivated personality * Brilliant organisational and time management skills
