Role Responsibilities:

Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs

Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them to overcome barriers to learning

Encouraging students to develop their academic and social skills

Helping with classroom organisation and behaviour management

Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to the class teacher
Requirements:

Experience working with children, ideally within a school or educational setting

A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

A proactive and adaptable approach to your work

An enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one

SEN experience or a desire to work with students with special educational needs is an advantage, but not essential
