Job Description:Â We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
