Main duties:Offer support to customers while managing the service offered to them
The Role:- Answer telephone calls from customers and assist them in an efficient and professional manner- Occasionally meet customers face to face- Ensure compliance with country regulations- Data inputting and ensuring the database is kept updated- External visits as and when required
The candidate:- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and verbally) - Required- Excellent communication skills both in English and Portuguese- Flexible to work occasional weekends and late shifts- Empathetic candidate with the ability to stay self-motivated and positive- Strong attention to detail
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience
