An exciting 9 month temporary role has become available for a Housing Association as a Housing / Tenancy Administrator. Not only is the role offering flexibility and the opportunity to become permanent, But you will be working with a hard working, personable team, that are looking forward to bringing someone new on board with an office presence.

Job Details:

  • 9 month initial temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent
  • Offering up to £20.82ph umbrella
  • Hybrid working role – Minimum 3 days per week in the office. This can be negotiated after the first few months, and you have settled into the position
  • 35 hours per week
  • Start date: ASAP

Key skills required:

  • Previous housing experience
  • Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Able to present information clearly and communicate decisions
  • Good IT knowledge and skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel)
  • Experience of Cx system is desirable
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to plan and manage own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills - customer focused, empathetic, and supportive of residents

The role itself:

  • Housing / Tenancy Management Administrator
  • Support the Neighbourhood Services Team
  • Manage voids, new tenancies and transfers
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and external organisations
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
