Premier Recruitment Group is working with a well-established law firm in Croydon to recruit a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm and manage a diverse and busy caseload in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing expert advice to clients, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and within deadlines.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Handling complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
