You’ll work with the executive team, senior colleagues, and corporate teams to implement and monitor projects.

If you have a strong background in programme management and change management within healthcare, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage efficiency and transformation programmes.
  • Promote best practices in project management.
  • Track progress and address issues, risks, and concerns.
  • Ensure accountability and challenge non-delivery of projects.
  • Develop measures to assess performance.
  • Report progress to senior management and boards.
  • Engage with local partners to promote new ideas.
  • Oversee efficiency programmes across partner organisations.
  • Participate in relevant working groups and provide expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s level education or equivalent experience in programme management.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Practitioner certifications.
  • Proven experience in delivering and mentoring projects using PRINCE2 and MSP.
  • Experience in change management within healthcare.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills for complex information.
