You’ll work with the executive team, senior colleagues, and corporate teams to implement and monitor projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage efficiency and transformation programmes.
Promote best practices in project management.
Track progress and address issues, risks, and concerns.
Ensure accountability and challenge non-delivery of projects.
Develop measures to assess performance.
Report progress to senior management and boards.
Engage with local partners to promote new ideas.
Oversee efficiency programmes across partner organisations.
Participate in relevant working groups and provide expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s level education or equivalent experience in programme management.
PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Practitioner certifications.
Proven experience in delivering and mentoring projects using PRINCE2 and MSP.
Experience in change management within healthcare.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong communication skills for complex information.
